To ensure the safety and well-being of all children, we require that a responsible adult remain on-site while their children enjoy our indoor park. We are committed to maintaining a secure and supervised environment for a positive experience for all.

Absolutely! You can purchase your tickets online to skip the lines and enjoy a quicker check-in process.

All participants are required to complete a waiver. You can conveniently fill it out online before your visit or upon arrival. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the waiver and ensure that all information provided is accurate.

To ensure a clean and comfortable play environment, all participants are required to wear anti-skid socks. Non-participating adults and children must wear regular socks at a minimum. If you forget to bring socks, no need to worry – they’re available for purchase at our facility.

The safety of our visitors is our top priority. We encourage you to review the safety rules clearly displayed throughout the facility. Our staff is always available to assist and answer any questions about the guidelines. Please note that repeated violations of safety rules may result in being asked to leave the facility to maintain a safe environment for all participants.

A service fee of 10% of the total bill before taxes applies to all birthday party packages. Our service fee helps us maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment for all our guests and offset some of the high operational costs, .
